Mainstreaming Gender in Public Service training
Hi, my name is Boitumelo Makaove.
I recently attended the Mainstreaming Gender in Public Service training facilitated by Dotcentre Business Consulting.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found all the topics covered to be insightful and practical. The training has transformed my perspective on gender mainstreaming in the public service, and I now feel more empowered to apply this knowledge in my daily work.
Conflict Management and Dispute Management training
My name is Ronald Tunzi, a shop steward of CEPPWAWU, currently based in Free State . I attended the Conflict Management and Dispute Management training facilitated by Dotcentre Business Consulting at Riverside Sun Hotel.
The course was extremely valuable and informative. What stood out the most was the opportunity to engage with a Senior CCMA commissioner, which gave us practical insight on how matters are handled both at the National Bargaining council and within the CCMA.
As shop stewards, this training has helped us realise the importance of following through on Cases we refer, rather than relying solely on officials. This will greatly strengthen our role in supporting members and assisting officials in case handling.
Thank you, Dotcentre, for such an impactful and empowering training experience.
Conflict & Dispute Management Training
My encounter with Dotcentre Business Consulting has been very fruitful. I would encourage everyone to associate themselves with Dotcentre because the knowledge we received was not only valuable but also helped polish and redirect our approach as shop stewards. We are now more confident and better prepared to serve our people.
A highlight of the training was having a Senior CCMA Commissioner present, who shared practical insights and real cases that deepened our understanding of how both the CCMA and Bargaining Council operate. This has empowered us to handle case referrals more effectively, avoiding mistakes such as late submissions that often-jeopardized cases in the past.
Thank you, Dotcentre, for this impactful training. Please continue the excellent work you are doing — it truly makes a difference.
Emotional Intelligence and Diversity training
Thank you very much for this training. It was extremely informative and thought-provoking. The session on diversity was particularly eye-opening, helping us realise that although we are all different, these differences can be used positively to work better together — both at work and in our personal lives.
I also learned the importance of embracing change from within. To inspire change in others, we must first lead by example and be willing to change ourselves.
As a spokesperson for the men in attendance, I want to express our gratitude. This training has left a lasting impact, and we hope to have more sessions in the future to continue learning and growing.
